Our Roots Established in 2024, Jennie and Heather opened the doors to Rustic Roots Hair Lounge with open arms. Combined experience of 16 years in the industry has given them the expertise to provide a relaxing and welcoming environment for the public. What started as a small idea in Jennie's living room has blossomed into a beautiful space full of laughter, appreciation, and rejuvenation.

Heather most enjoys making her clients feel good about themselves, and experiencing their transformation no matter how big or small.
She specializes in grey coverage and creating beautifully blended blondes, but she also appreciates the diverse range of services her career allows her to offer.
With her sense of humour, she adds a touch of fun to your salon experience.

Jennie enjoys expressing her creativity through hair, fashion, and makeup. Building relationships with her clients is the best part of her job, as she eagerly anticipates hearing about their lives, achievements, and stories during each appointment.
Jennie takes pride in the personal connections she has made. While she specializes in balayage and colour corrections, she truly adores all aspects of hair coloring.
In addition to being a talented hairstylist, Jennie is also a devoted mom and a passionate ECE who loves hearing about the little ones in her clients' lives.
Seana Wismer

Seana has been in the industry for 7 years. She always knew she wanted to be a hairstylist since she was little. She would often follow her mom to the salon and just knew it was what she wanted to do as a career.
Seana loves the ability to be creative and being able to bring people's dream hair to life. Her niche is lived-in colours and blonding, but she loves everything to do with colouring and cutting as well.
Seana looks forward to catching up with her clients and hearing about all that's new.
Outside of hair, she trains and competes with her 2 dogs in multiple different dog sports. She's a passionate reader and always on the hunt for a new series to watch.
Holly Richard

Holly has been in the industry for 16 years. She was inspired by watching her aunt cut family members' hair during her childhood. In high school, she took a cosmetology class and realized this was the career for her.
Holly cherishes the deep connections she forms with her clients, who often feel more like family. She's excited about the opportunity for more personal interactions with her clients in a smaller salon setting.
Outside of work, she enjoys being a mom to her energetic 3-year-old. Holly has a second passion for reading, and you'll often find her with a book or Kindle in hand.
Honourable Mention
I’m the official greeter, cuddle coordinator, and self-appointed boss at Lush & Lavished Hair Studio! My responsibilities include welcoming every client at the door, supervising Mom while she works, and making sure no lap goes unoccupied during appointments. I may not know how to cut or colour hair, but I’ve mastered the art of making everyone feel loved and right at home! My favourite part of the job? The attention, the cuddles, and all the wonderful clients who come to visit me. Mom does the hair, I handle the hugs!
